~ Good Morning!
Our Bible Verse, for today, is found in Jeremiah 29:13.
For a clearer understanding of the verse, I’ve posted it in the English Standard Version and the Amplified Version.
• Jeremiah 29:13 •
“You will seek Me and find Me, when you seek Me with all your heart.” (ESV)
“Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.” (AMP)
When coming to Father God, it will always have to be with a humble, pure, and sincere heart.
To the woman at the well, in John 4:23, Jesus said …
“But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him.” (ESV)
✝️ In Truth, with Purity, in Sincerity, having Integrity, by the Spirit, with all our hearts — these are the ways in which we are to approach, and seek after, the Lord. — The flippant, arrogant, insincere prayer will never gain the listening ear of our Lord. ✝️
The Lord bless you as you genuinely seek after the Him today.
Sincerely,
— Pastor Gene

21 DAYS of PRAYER and FASTING
Today is Week 1, Day 6 of Family Life’s 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting.
Our Prayer Focus today is, “Experiencing Him” — 2 Corinthians 3:16-18.
“Yes, to this day whenever Moses is read a veil lies over their hearts. (16)But when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed. (17)Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. (18)And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.” — 2 Corinthians 3:15-18 (ESV)
